Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Snappy Sofas, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to make your purchase with confidence.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your sofa must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Completely unused
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
  • Free from any marks, stains, odors, or damage
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at snappysofasuk@gmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide all necessary information.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN COLLECTION

For all returns, we arrange a collection service through our dedicated team. The collection fee is £199 for items anywhere in the UK. This collection fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note: We do not accept returns delivered directly to our warehouse. All returns must go through our collection service.

Important: Our collection team will inspect the sofa at your location to verify it meets our return conditions before proceeding with the collection.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at snappysofasuk@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When reporting a defect or damage:

  • Please include clear photos of the issue
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not dispose of the packaging until the issue is resolved

In cases of factory defects or delivery damages, collection costs will be covered by Snappy Sofas.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sofas that have been used, assembled, or modified in any way
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Items with any signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors
  • Sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts
  • Gift cards
  • Returns requested outside the 30-day window

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND PROCESSING

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable collection fees.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at snappysofasuk@gmail.com.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
